Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo sayss investigating the allegations and counter-allegations of the 2016 budget padding in the National Assembly is a waste of time, saying the National Assembly as a body lacked Men of integrity.
Chief Obasanlo made this known Monday while fielding questions from State House Correspondents shortly after meeting behind closed-doors with President Muhammadu Buhari.
