How Ex-Minister Was Kidnapped In Kaduna

A former minister of foreign affairs, Bagudu Hirse, was on Sunday kidnapped in Kaduna by unknown gunmen.
According to reliable source, the ex-minister  had gone to the home of the late ex-Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji ibrahim Dasuki, to pay a condolence visit to his family and then decided to pay a visit to a relation of President Muhammadu Buhari,


According to Liberty TV, Kaduna when a group of masked gunmen invaded Daura’s home and engaged policemen on guard duty in a gun battlle, he was eventually whisked away.

Hirse ran for the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress in Plateau State but later stepped down for a former speaker of the state house of assembly, Simon Lalong.
